Proposal for a new commission

This commission would fill a void left at the time of the reorganization of divisions and commissions, where Comm. 15, Physical Studies of Minor Planets and Comets, was not fully merged into the new structure. As a Past-President of that Commission, I strongly support filling that gap with a new commission.

  10. It is really sad that such a large and booming branch of astronomy still has to dwell in obscurity somewhere half-way between “Exoplanets and the Solar system” and “Meteors, Meteorites and Interplanetary Dust”.
